Robert Davis is Senior Partner at Davis & Wojcik, APLC. With extensive civil and criminal courtroom experience, Mr. Davis has developed a reputation as one of the most accomplished and versatile attorneys in the region.
Mr. Davis was born and raised in the Inland Empire of Southern California and has retained a passionate interest in preserving a positive way of life for his community. Mr. Davis has served as a Board member and officer for local many local and regional organizations such as the Hemet / San Jacinto Exchange Club, City of Hemet Tax Oversight Committee, Riverside County Barristers, the Education Foundation, Riverside County Bar Association and Inland Empire Chapter of the Boy Scouts of America. Additionally, Mr. Davis sits on the Board of Trustees of the Hemet Unified School District, is President of the Healthy Communities Foundation, and a member of the Executive Board of the Hemet/San Jacinto Action Group.
Joe Wojcik is a partner in Davis & Wojcik, APLC. Mr. Wojcik has over 20 years of litigation experience in state, federal and bankruptcy courts, and represents prominent corporate clients and executives in prosecuting and defending complex business litigation and transactional matters. He represents health care providers, real estate developers, and agricultural companies in a wide range of matters, including commercial, employment, real estate, and compliance claims. He also represents over 2,000 clients in preparing their wills, trusts, power of attorneys, and other matters for their estate planning needs.
Mr. Wojcik also serves as general counsel for a local water district handling Brown Act compliance, employee matters, union negotiations, and general litigation and transactional work.
Mr. Wojcik was in the top of his graduating class from Western State College of Law and is a recipient of two American Jurisprudence Awards. He was admitted to the California Supreme Court in 1995, and is licensed to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Central and Southern Districts of California and the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Central District of California.
Daniel Thompson is an employment law and business litigation attorney at Davis & Wojcik, APLC. His academic accolades include a Juris Doctor from Western Sierra Law School and an LL.M. in Public Law and Policy from the University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law.
As one of eight children born to a small business owner, Mr. Thompson understands the struggles of small and family-owned businesses. Growing up in Fallbrook, Mr. Thompson experienced first-hand the growth of business in Temecula and the surrounding areas. His familiarity with government and business is what inspired him to become a business attorney.
As a Temecula employment lawyer, Mr. Thompson has an impressive track record of settling wrongful termination and discrimination claims. Other areas of expertise include retaliation, harassment, unpaid wages and meal and rest period violations. During his legal carrier, Mr. Thompson has represented corporations, public entities and individuals throughout California, including Riverside, San Diego, Orange, Los Angeles, Ventura and San Bernardino counties.
Regina Anderson is a paralegal at Davis & Wojcik APLC. She has over 25 years of experience as a paralegal specializing in Wills, Trusts, Probate, Transactional, and Civil Litigation.
Ms. Anderson has been with the firm since its inception. Prior to working for Davis & Wojcik, she was employed as a paralegal at Nielsen and Glover in Hemet, CA and Robert Campbell and Associates in Tustin, CA. Ms. Anderson earned a paralegal certificate in 1985 from California College of Paralegal Studies in Van Nuys, CA.
Ms. Anderson was raised in Hemet. She has raised her family in Hemet and has been married to her husband, Charlie, for over 30 years, has three sons and one granddaughter.
